I'm planning to ride Vernonia to Seaside on August 2.  Route is the Hood to Coast route, Hwy 202 through Jewel & Mist, about 70+ miles ending at the Seaside turnabout.  Beautiful scenery.  About 2500 feet of climbing, most on two hills.  Pace 17 to 19.  Would love some company.

Dan, how're are you getting back? or are you staying the night, and riding back?

My wife will drive SAG.  Plans are for lunch/dinner in Seaside, maybe a little time on the beach, then head home same day.  My pickup can handle up to four bikes for the return trip, but its cramped for more than 2 adults so logistics needs to be worked out..
