“Oh the weather outside is frightful…”

Current weather forecasts call for the heaviest rain of the week tomorrow. Because of this forecast, and in the interest of our members' safety, we’ve made the decision to cancel tomorrow’s ride. Those of you who have ridden with our club over the past couple years have experienced what road conditions can turn to in western Washington county with every low spot becoming a 1’ to 3’ "mini-lake" across the roadway. Another challenge is severely reduced visibility during such a strong storm. Both of these factors combine to make for unsafe riding conditions.
